The Foundation’s funds amounted to approx. SEK 3.8 billion per 31 December 2019. The Foundation’s income in 2019 amounted to approx. SEK 140 million.
In 2019, SEK 88 million was granted for scientific education and research, SEK 17.6 million for the care and upbringing of children, and approx. SEK 1.3 million for other grants.
Articles in the annual report for 2019 deal with how AF Borgen has been equipped for the future and with Gribshunden, a warship belonging to the Danish king that sank in the Blekinge archipelago in 1495.
