A requisition should be submitted when you as the recipient require the funding. The requisition must include: Grant number, amount, the university’s bank giro number, cost centre and the signature of the recipient of the grant. The requisition should be sent to the Foundation by post or email. The grant will be paid within two weeks, but in the August of the application year at the earliest.
A grant can be requisitioned up until 30 June of the year after the application year. No grants are payable after that date.
Previously awarded grants must have been accounted for before any new grant is payable.
